Every week will begin on Tuesday with 4 fresh meals. (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday) with rotating proteins and complete, balanced nutrition. You may choose a lunch portion for a moderate appetite or dinner portion for a heartier appetite. Dinner portions may also be good for couple s with lighter appetites to share. If you would like meals every day of the week add 3 freezer meals to complete (Saturday, Sunday, and Monday)
TUESDAY: Turkey Meatballs with Cashew Pesto and Kale Quinoa Salad
WEDNESDAY: Loaded Chicken Sweet Potato with Roasted Cauliflower and Tzatziki Ranch Dressing
THURSDAY: Sesame Ahi Poke, Cucumber Salad, and Jalapeno Chips
FRIDAY: Mushroom Cheeseburgers served on either Butter Lettuce or Sourdough
SATURDAY: Turkey sausage lasagna layered with Semolina noodles and zucchini.
SUNDAY: Argentine Red Shrimp Fried Rice
